Behind every journey is a workshop ensuring that our equipment is always ready for action. This is where the parts warehouse plays a key role. As Parts Manager, you ensure that our mechanics can always keep working. The right parts at the right time. Zero downtime.

 

What you will do

As Parts Manager, you are responsible for the entire parts warehouse of our workshop. You ensure that parts for trucks, trailers, and specialized equipment are available on time and that the warehouse is organized efficiently.

You will collaborate daily with mechanics, workshop management, and suppliers. Your responsibilities include:

  • Managing and optimizing the parts warehouse

  • Purchasing parts from suppliers and manufacturers

  • Monitoring stock levels and preventing shortages

  • Analyzing usage and optimizing inventory

  • Organizing the receipt, storage, and distribution of parts

  • Leading and managing warehouse staff

  • Supporting mechanics in finding the correct parts

  • Processing orders and administration in the inventory system

  • Maintaining contact and relations with suppliers

  • Reporting on inventory value and consumption
     

What you bring to the table

  • MBO or HBO (Vocational or Bachelor’s) level of professional and intellectual ability

  • Experience in warehouse management or parts management

  • A technical affinity with trucks, trailers, or heavy equipment

  • Experience working with digital inventory systems

  • Strong communication skills

  • Experience in leading/managing staff is a plus

What we offer

  • A full-time position of 40 hours per week

  • A gross monthly salary between €3,500 and €4,500, depending on experience
