Sales and Account Manager Germany
Location Unna, Germany.
Hybrid. Full time 40 hours.
Pieter Smit Group works across Europe in live entertainment,
events and touring logistics. We support international productions
with complex transport and logistics solutions. To grow our
commercial presence in Germany, we are looking for a Sales and
Account Manager who takes ownership of the market and builds
lasting client relationships.

The Role
As Sales and Account Manager Germany you develop the German
market and manage your own client portfolio. You spot
opportunities, turn them into concrete projects and guide them from
first contact to deal closure. You work closely with planning,
operations and finance to make sure promises turn into delivery.
You are commercially sharp and hands on. You like building
relationships and are comfortable picking up the phone. You plan
your own meetings and manage your own agenda. This role is not
nine to five. Client contact can also take place in the evening. You
work roughly half of your time from the office and half on the road
within Germany.
Your Responsibilities
• Develop new business in the German market
• Manage and grow existing client relationships
• Prepare and follow up on offers and commercial proposals
• Coordinate internally with planning, operations and finance
• Represent Pieter Smit Group towards clients and in the market

Your Profile
• 3 to 5 years experience in sales or account management
• Experience or affinity with logistics, events or touring
• Fluent in German and English
• Strong commercial mindset and able to work independently
• In possession of a B driving license
