DECENT AND FAIR WORK

For a greener an better world

Key principles

Healthy Working Environment

We believe vitality and well-being are the foundation for sustainable job satisfaction. At our offices, we provide sports facilities and access to healthy food so that employees can choose an active and balanced lifestyle.

Fair Labour Relations and the International Labour Organization (ILO)

As a logistics service provider in the national and international entertainment and culture sector, we place great importance on fair and safe working conditions wherever we operate. We therefore endorse the core conventions of the International Labour Organization (ILO), a UN agency that develops and promotes global labour standards.

The ILO defines key principles for fundamental labour rights, which also serve as our compass in how we treat our employees and our partners across the supply chain.

The prohibition of child and forced labour

We do not tolerate any form of child or forced labour within our organization or among our suppliers. Transparent agreements, clear contracts, and assessment of working conditions are our standard. Everyone who works for or with us does so voluntarily, in a safe environment, and with full respect for their fundamental rights.

Child labour is unacceptable and undermines a child’s right to education, development, and a healthy upbringing. We adhere to the international guidelines of the ILO and the United Nations and expect all our partners to comply with these standards. Suppliers and subcontractors are actively screened for compliance.

If there is any doubt or indication of misconduct, we take immediate and appropriate action. Our commitment is clear: we actively contribute to a fair and responsible supply chain, where children are protected from exploitation and all work is decent and humane.

The right to equal treatment and non-discrimination

With stage attendants and employees from various countries and cultures, and offices across Europe, respect and equal treatment are second nature to us. Whether someone works in the Netherlands, Germany, or Spain, everyone receives equal opportunities, fair working conditions, and is evaluated based on dedication and professionalism – not origin, religion, gender, or background. We promote an open working culture that values diversity and does not tolerate discrimination.

The right to freedom of association and collective bargaining

Everyone at our company is free to express their opinion, join a trade union, or engage in dialogue with colleagues about working conditions. We welcome dialogue and actively listen to what our employees consider important.

Safe and Healthy Working Conditions

During the setup of tours and events, we often work with heavy materials, under time pressure, and in changing locations. We therefore provide safety training, personal protective equipment, and clear briefings at each worksite.

We conduct risk assessments at every location and ensure access to first aid, scheduled rest breaks, and clear communication. This ensures the safety of our crew as well as that of our partners and artists. We only work with certified staffing agencies that guarantee fair wages and good employment conditions. For us, working safely is a standard not a luxury. We have a designated confidential advisor and an anonymous reporting option through our SpeakUp platform, so any concerns about safety or misconduct can be openly addressed.

Supply Chain Responsibility

In entertainment and festival logistics, we take full responsibility for the entire materials journey, from loading and transport to setup, use during the event, dismantling, and return logistics.

We operate efficiently and on time, with attention to safety, sustainability, and good working conditions, in collaboration with ABU-certified partners. Our approach is integral and built on cooperation with all parties in the chain – from producers and suppliers to technicians, stage builders, and local organizations.

We Take Responsibility

With this policy, we reaffirm our commitment to human rights, equal treatment, and decent work for everyone in our value chain. These standards are universally applicable, regardless of location, sector, or type of work. Even in our world of tours, festivals, and temporary productions, we see it as our duty to support employment that is decent, fair, and respectful.
