Pieter Smit offers tailor-made logistics solutions for theater, concerts, and events. Thanks to decades of experience, we are a market leader in Europe. Our drivers also support setup and teardown, providing full-service entertainment logistics.
In addition, we supply Nightliners, rehearsal studios, storage, and vehicle rentals, taking complete care of the logistical process for international tours.
Founded in 1980, Pieter Smit has grown into an international company with offices in 6 countries and a fleet of more than 1,500 vehicles. Our clients include Stage Entertainment, Nederlands Dans Theater, Rundfunk, André Rieu, Chef'Special, Kensington, Pearl Jam, and the Red Hot Chili Peppers.
What will you do?
As a member of our touring crew, you are an essential link in event productions across the Netherlands and internationally. You help build backstage with the local team and ensure that all necessary equipment travels safely and arrives on time at the next venue. You will be fully supported by our office-based planners, who provide you with all the necessary information to get everything to the right place at the right time. Together, you ensure satisfied clients!

What we offer

A monthly salary between €2,500 and €3,050 gross, based on experience.

25 holiday days per year.

A daily expense allowance of €48.- for every scheduled working and travel day.

We cover the costs for your Code 95 (CPC) periodic training.
